  • 2 (20 oz.) cans of crushed pineapple, drain and reserve 2 Tablespoons of the juice
  • 6 Tablespoons of butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup flour
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 stick butter, softened
  • 1/3 cup buttermilk
