Ingredients

  • 6 servings
  • 5 cups of cubed day old sourdough bread
  • 2 cups milk
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup dried fruit; I used a mixture of cranberries, cherries and blueberries
