The special flavor of drumsticks makes this Rasam a very treasured one. I agree that the frozen drumsticks which I used here are not a match to the fresh ones right off the tree
No breakfasts only brunches and dinner is usually outside or all South Indians comfort food Rasam. If there is one thing that compliments pongal then it has to be Murungakkai/Drumstick Sambhar
Heat oil in a pan & add seasoning ingredients to splutter and pour over Rasam mixture. Keep Rasam in medium heat & turn off the heat when it starts to boil
Also refer Thuthuvalai Soup recipe for the ingredients required for soup consistency. Allow to boil nicely and at this stage add rasam powder and coriander leaves
