Ingredients

  • For the Sauce :1 red bell pepper/ 1 green pepper, diced into 1 inch chunks.
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons herb garlic butter, divided
  • 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup dry Marsala wine
  • brown sugar 1 tbsp red chillie flakes 1 tbsp lemon juice of half a lemon
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch dissolved in 2 tablespoon cold water
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • ½ teaspoon salt (more to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1-2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • fresh parsley
