  • 5 Earl Grey tea bags
  • 110 g butter, at room temperature
  • 225 g golden castor sugar
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 125 g self-raising flour, sifted
  • 120 g plain flour, sifted
  • 110 g butter, at room temperature
  • 20 ml milk, at room temperature
  • 40 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 500 g icing sugar, sifted
