Ingredients

  • 60 minutes Ingredients
  • 1 whole 1-1.5 kilos with skin.
  • 2 tbsps For the Marinade

  • 1 tbsp Cumin powder:
  • 1/2 tbsp
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder: 1/4 tsp Methi powder:
  • 1/8 tsp
  • 2 tbsps
  • 2 tbsps of vinegar all over the slit bird and allow to stand for 5 minutes Then dab the excess moisture from the chicken using kitchen paper and keep aside.
