Ingredients

  • 2 Cups old fashioned oats
  • 3 Tbsp flax seeds
  • 1/4 Cup almonds, roughly chopped
  • 1/4 Cup pistachios, roughly chopped
  • 1/3 Cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/4 Cup sweetened shredded coconut, toasted
  • 3 Tbsp raw honey
  • 3 Tbsp unsalted butter
  • salt
  • 1/4 Tsp coconut extract
  • 1/8 Tsp Siagon cinnamon
  • 1/3 Cup dried cranberries
  • 1/3 Cup dried mangos*
  • 1/3 Cup dried pineapple*
  • 1/3 Cup dried papaya*
  • oven
  • 20-25 minutes, stirring the mixture every 5-7 minutes Remove granola from the oven when fully toasted and golden brown. Allow mixture to cool completely.
