  • 2 cups whole spelt flour
  • 1 cup light spelt flour
  • 20 g/ 0.7oz fresh yeast
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
  • 2 medium sized carrots, peeled and coarsely grated
