Ingredients

  • 1 (14 oz) can cream style corn
  • 1 can whole kernel corn (I just filled the 'creamed' corn can with some frozen)
  • 1 (8oz) package Jiffy Corn muffin mix
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1-1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar
