Easy Crab & Artichoke Heart, Spinach Dip

Ingredients

  • Everyone who has tried it knows how easy Hot Artichoke Dip is.
  • This is so much better and takes about 15 minutes more time, or about 2o minutes!.
  • Place in a covered bowl or cover bowl with plastic wrap for about 10 minutes
  • until cool enough to handle. Remove the charred skins when cool.
  • Remove meat from 2 crab legs. (Canned could be substituted,
  • but will not have the same texture and will not be as good.) Watch for the spines!
  • Add the crab, artichoke hearts, spinach, 1 heaping cup of parmesan cheese, one heaping cup of Mayonnaise (Don't use a sweet mayonnaise, I use Hellmann's Canola or Olive Oil)
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh thyme, a pinch of oregano and a pinch of cayenne.
  • Bake at 350°F for about 25 minutes, until golden brown and bubbly.
  • Serve with crackers. And serve Hot!
