Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup That is half the amount I use in this peanut butter granola bar recipe.
  • 10-12 bars
  • 1 cup prunes
  • 1/2 cup whole almonds, coarsely chopped
  • 1/4 cup pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 1/4 cup old fashioned oats
  • 9 inch baking pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
