  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter 1 clove garlic, minced 1 cup heavy cream 2 cups grated parmesan cheese ½ cup frozen spinach, thawed Instructions Melt the butter in a medium sauce pan over medium low heat. Add the garlic, cook for 3 minutes. Stir in the cream and continue to cook for 5 minutes. Add the cheese and cook for 3 minutes. Squeeze all the liquid from the spinach and stir it into the cheese base, cook for 2 minutes or until the spinach is heated through. Remove from heat and let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
