  • 1 box Pillsbury pineapple cake mix
  • 11 small can crushed pineapple
  • 11/2 cup oil
  • 13 eggs
  • 1 scant cup water (add juice from pineapple)
  • 11 can buttercream frosting
  • 11/2 cup toasted coconutHeat oven to 350. Grease and flour cake pan (s) beat eggs with oil, add the pineapple and water, then the cake mix. Stir until lumps are gone, pour into pan (s). Bake until center is done (toothpick test) Let cake cool completely. Spread on frosting, sprinkle on coconut.
