Easy Queso Dip Recipe – Slow Cooker or Stove Top!

Ingredients

  • 1 32 oz velveeta, cubed – I used the white queso variety, but feel free to use the original as well.
  • 1 8 oz cream cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup shredded white american cheese (you can get it at the deli)
  • 1/2 cup half and half
  • 1/4 cup minced green chilies (less if you want it less spicy)
  • 1/4 cup minced pickled jalapenos (optional)
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • chorizo (optional) – cook it up, drain the fat and add it to your queso and bring it to a new level!
