Ingredients

  • 500 g block
  • 22 cm round
  • 225 g Plain Flour
  • 110 g Unsalted Butter, straight from the fridge, cut into cubes
  • 85 g Light Muscovado Sugar
  • Zest of 1 Orange- I used a blood orange and the flavour was marvellous!
  • 1 Medium Egg
  • A little Milk
