  • 1 onion, any kind, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 2 heads of Swiss Chard, stems trimmed, rinsed and roughly chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, or more to your taste, peeled and grated
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
  • Pinch of chili flakes
