Ingredients

  • 2 cups Basmati rice
  • 2 nos Onions (chopped lengthwise)
  • 1/2 kg Ripen
  • Tomatoes(chopped)
  • 2 nos Green chillies (slit opened)
  • 1 tsp Ginger paste
  • 1 tsp Garlic paste
  • 2 nos Whole spices (bayleaves, cinnamon sticks, cloves, cardamom)
  • 1/2 tsp Whole fennel seeds
  • 1 tsp Red chilly powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 2 cups Hot water
  • Salt
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Ghee
  • Few mint leaves
