Ingredients

  • 1 box of white cake mix baking in a
  • 13 inch pan according to the box instructions
  •  
  • For the cheese topping
  • 1 package (8 ounces), cream cheese, room temperature and cut into chunks
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2/3 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tub (8 ounces) whipped cream (I use Cool Whip)
  •  
  • For the sauce
  • 2 cups frozen mixed berries
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons dark rum
  • 2 tablespoons cold water
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
