  • 4 green bell peppers
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cups of cooked quinoa
  • Sprinkle of seasonings of your choice (I use a blend of garlic powder, oregano, basil, pepper, and pink himalayan salt)
  • 1 cup of sundried tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ cup water
