Ingredients

  • 2.5 cups) 100% apple juice
  • 1.5 tsp) agar agar powder
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 egg whites
  • 50 g sugar
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp of agar agar powder
  • 4 tsp water
  • 2 mins 沸腾后,转小火,加入糖继续煮两分钟。之间不时搅拌
  • 5 minutes 离火,让其冷却 5分钟
  • 2 serving glasses and scoop any bubbles on surface with a spoon and discard. once the jelly cools down, wrap with plastic wrap and chill
  • 10 mins 准备柠檬蛋白霜
  • 15 seconds, or until gelatine is dissolved
  • 2 pinches of sugar till soft peaks. then pour in remaining sugar and continue to whisk till stiff and shiny peak form
