Ingredients

  • 1.5 cup Egg : 3 to 4
  • 2 big Tomato chopped : 1
  • Ginger : 1"
  • 10 cloves
  • 1/4 cup Coriander leaves
  • 1/4 cup Lemon juice
  • 1 tspn Coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 2 cup Salt
  • 1 tspn Chilly
  • Cinnamon : 1 stick
  • Star anise / thakkolam : 1
  • Cardamom : 3
  • Clove : 4
  • Oil / ghee
  • Boil the egg , de shell and make slits on it.Set aside.Grind and make ginger garlic paste.Keep aside
  • Soak basmati rice in water for 15 - 30 minutes
