1- Roast the Egg plant in the oven for about 45 minutes
2- while still warm ,peel the Egg plant..
3- put the egg plant in blender with garlic..salt and mix till you have creamy mixture ..
4- add yogurt and tahini and mix till you have consistent mixture
5- put the mixture in flat dish and garnish with tomatoes slices..fresh mint and olive oil

Normally many people like this, as this has a curry as well as egg in it. To that, add the extracted pulp(coconut milk) and let it boil for sometime at this stage, you will get a nice aroma, here you should drop the broken egg one by one
