Ingredients

  • 2 cup basmati rice
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp of chilli powder
  • 1 tsp of garam masala
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 onion
  • 2 green chilli
  • 1 tsp of chopped ginger
  • and garlic
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 tsp of pepper
  • 3 cloves
  • I basil leaf
  • 10 pepper corn
  • 1 onion
  • 4 tbsp of oil
  • 3 ½ cup of water
  • 3 ) Fry sliced onion in 1 ½ tbsp of
  • oil
  • 12 ) Close the lid. Once first whistle
  • comes keep 1 minute more in flame then turn off the fire
  • Open the after 15-20 minute Mix slowly and serve hot
