of mango pulp (the mango pulp I used has sugar in it so I did not add any extra sugar). Blend it for 2 minutes or until nice and smooth. (Refer notes if using fresh mangoes).

Again, one of my favorite dessert recipes. -. Then leave the bowl to stand in another bowl of hot water till the gelatin melts, & become a clear liquid
Add half of the mango-agar mixture into the cream cheese mixture and mix well. Sugar – ¼ cup (adjust if using un-sweetened pulp or depending on the sweetness of the mango pulp)
I have tried several times making egg less, no gelatin cheesecake both the nobake and the one which we bake and they have always turned out perfectly, yet this is one dessert that I am not keen about making too often as I never knew we could easily make this without using hung curd/ yogurt with the cream cheese
However, I did allow it to settle down to be cut into a cake. This nobakecake takes 5 minutes to make but longer to set to be cut into a cake. Not only do they share the same birthday, but they also share the same-ish name. it was very pale and it looked like the batter and the eggs whites separated because when I took them out of the oven, the top half was very airy white the bottom half was cake-y

Cheesecake is for this month challenge and I have chosen, Nobake pistachios cheesecake which was adapted from here and I have changed it pistachio cheesecake, which is very light and yummy in every bite
