This mug cake recipe is something I have been trying for a while now. I have been experimenting with quite a few ingredients in various quantities and finally came up with a recipe that is super moist, soft ,has the right texture of a cake, doesn't get grainy even if it cools off and it has ooey gooey nutella in the center
I have tried several times making egg less, no gelatin cheesecake both the nobake and the one which we bake and they have always turned out perfectly, yet this is one dessert that I am not keen about making too often as I never knew we could easily make this without using hung curd/ yogurt with the cream cheese
I had always known these cookies as Tutti Frutti cookies and was surprised to know that the other side of the world know them as Slice and bake cookies which is also very apt for it as that is how you make them
and eggless. Nobake baking. no cooking. "its easy to remember no need to write it down". anyways, after changing houses and states in between the recipe was long forgotten until recently my daughter remembered it "Amma do you remember those yummy chocolate balls Deepika chechy (an endearment in malayalam) used to make, I feel like having that NOW"
Thanks to the number of queries raised by the members of the group I started a little cautiously, though the basic recipe with egg was from NoobCook, I googled a little more to make sure about the measurements
I had very less time to prepare a surprise him, I do make cake every year but i didn't do enough planning last year I just baked a simple vanilla cake and covered the cake with kitkat and M &M and tadaaaa you can see there no much effort is needed to make this Kitkat cake but still doesn't it look gorgeous
