Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1/3 cup minus 1 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp spiced rum
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 can cream of coconut, refrigerated overnight
  • 4 tbsps icing sugar
  • 1 tbsp cornflour
  • 1 tbsp spiced rum
  • 5 slices of canned pineapple
  • 3 tbsps spiced rum
  • 3 tbsps of the soaking liquid
  • Cool Whip Whipped Topping*
  • coconut powder*
