Ingredients

  • 15-18 minutes
  • 3/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 tomato,finely chopped
  • 1/2 cucumber,peeled and grated
  • 1 teaspoon mixed herbs
  • 1 teaspoons chilli flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
  • 2. Now Add the dry ingredients to butter mixture,along with milk
  • 4. Now fold in the veggies,cheese and mix gently
  • 5. Line a muffin tin with paper liners and fill the batter until

  • 180 C until the top turns golden brown
  • 3. You ca use any herbs of your choice and so is the cheese
