The recipe I followed here was very similar to the egglessvanillacake I have posted before. Nevertheless , I have been posting lot of egglesscakes nowadays as lot of readers ask for egg substitutes in the recipe with eggs
Make a well in the center of the bowl, pour in milk, melted butter and vanilla in it. Add in more milk a tblspn at a time and mix well to get the right consistency
Spray oil in a cake pan and dust it with flour. Brush a baking tin with oil and dust it with flour. I added some chocolate chips for extra taste, you could add some tutti fruity too
Serve garnished with Choco-chips / chocolate vermicelli / sprinkles. I did not want to risk the microwave so I was postponing making this cake till I could buy some beautiful mugs that could showcase this lovely cake
