  • 2 cups of rolled oats (ground into 1 1/2 cup oat flour)
  • 1 cup + 1/4 cup white whole wheat flour (or white flour)
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp oregano
  •  
  • For toppings
  • 3 eggs
  • 4 slices of turkey bacon
  • 1/2 beefsteak tomato, chopped
  • 1/4 white onion, chopped
  • 3/4 cup low fat mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp parmesan cheese
  • 4 fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • salt and pepper, to taste
