  • 70 g dried cranberries previously soaked for at least an hour
  • 50 g walnuts
  • 100 g almonds
  • 50 g rolled oats
  • 50 g coconut chips
  • 50 g hazelnuts roasted, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 3 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • 2 tablespoons cacao powder
  • 2 tablespoons cacao nibs
  • 3 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 200 g coconut butter
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 50 g hazelnuts roasted, finely chopped
  • 3-4 tablespoons agave
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 2-3 tablespoons almond milk or any other alternative, if needed
