Instructions
Tavayı ocağa alın ve hafif duman çıkana kadar ısıtın. Şeritler halinde kestiğiniz bonfileleri 1 yemek kaşığı sıvı yağ ile birlikte soteleyin.
Etler suyunu salıp çektikten sonra üzerine soğan ve renkli dolmalık biberlerden ekleyin ve sotelemeye devam edin. Biberler ve soğanlar da sotelendikten sonra ocaktan alın.
Bir kasede mayonez, yoğurt, sarımsak ve kekiği karıştırın.
Hazırladığınız sosu lavaşın üzerine 1 yemek kaşığı olacak şekilde yayın.
Yıkayıp kuruttuğunuz marulu, ince dilimlenmiş salatalığı ve domatesi lavaşın üzerine güzelce dizin.
Sotelenmiş olan et ve sebzeleri de üzerine ekleyin ve lavaşı çevirerek dürüm haline getirin. Etli wrapiniz hazır, afiyet olsun!
