Ingredients

  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 3 tablespoons canola oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 jalapeno, seeded and minced

  • 2 1/4 pounds skirt, flank or sirloin tip steak, trimmed of fat
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 2 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 2 Spanish onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons of Italian salad dressing
  • Guacamole, recipe or Taqueria-style Guacamole, recipe
  • Pico de gallo, recipe
  • 12 corn and/or flour tortillas, warm
