Ingredients

  • 6 patties
  • 1 cup cooked chickpeas
  • 3 tablespoons tahini
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons dried minced onion
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3 tablespoons avocado oil
  • 1 cup plain vegan yogurt (I used homemade coconut milk yogurt)
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • Sea salt, to taste
  • 1 cup wild rice (I used a wild rice-brown rice blend)
  • 1/2 teaspoon each: cumin, turmeric, garam masala, and cinnamon
  • 1/2 – 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 3 cups vegetable broth
