  • 1 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup plus 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs (cold)
  • 1/2 cup AP flour
  • 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

  • 8 oz softened room-temperature cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup plus 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg yolk
  • Instructions
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray a mini-muffin pan with nonstick spray and set aside. I always use a silicone muffin pan and they're awesome for recipes like this!
