Ingredients

  • 2 cups freshly grated coconut , only the white parts to be scraped
  • 1 cup of jaggerytoasted cashew nuts and raisins to garnish
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1 cup thick boiled cooled milk.
  • 2 tsp rice flour
  • 18 th day hence called Padinettam perruku in Tamil.
