Ingredients

  • 5 mini bun
  • 1/2 kilo (1 pound) gluten free all purpose flour
  • 1 packet (7 gr) dried yeast
  • 4 eggs, at room temperature
  • 2 tablespoons yoghurt (or soja yoghurt)
  • 1/2 cup milk (or almond milk)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 5 spring onions thinly sliced
  • 350 gr (12 ounces) feta cheese crumbled
  • 3 tablespoons fresh herbs, chopped (dill, basil, mint)
  • 6 sundried tomatoes pack in oil, drained and chopped
