Though I was really late, I was happy that I get to catch up with everyone at the party… and I was lucky that nobody arrested me for having sugar rush because most of our guests brought healthy treats and that was awesome! In other words, I behaved myself last FF.
Scoop macaroons using a medium cookie scoop onto a prepared baking sheet. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until golden brown and set. Cool for about 10 minutes and enjoy or store in an airtight container to keep moist
Stir the syrup through the coconut. This to give the macaroons a nice brown color. Add the stevia, salt, vanilla extract and the coconut oil and whisk the aquafaba again until all of the liquids are incorporated in the aquafaba
Now granted… if you don’t like coconut, these are probably not the cookie for you. They both waited (not so patiently) for these to cool enough to enjoy… then they each treasured the sweet and chewy goodness
