Ingredients

  • 4 Silver mullet fillet, 150g each
  • oil
  • 50 ml of extra virgin olive oil
  • 50 ml of orange juice
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of sugar
  • 8 basil leaves, finely shredded
  • 1 cucumber, peeled
  • 4 plum tomatoes
  • 8 spring onions
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 20 g of Cornish sea salt
  • 20 ml of olive oil
