  • 15 oz Can of Fire Roasted Tomatoes
  • 4 Cups Vegetable Broth
  • 1 Large Onion - Diced
  • 4 Cloves Garlic - Minced
  • 1 Cup Fresh Basil - Chopped
  • 4 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1-2 Pieces of Whole Wheat Bread - Crust cut off & cubed
  • 1 Tbsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • S&P to taste
  • Parmesan Cheese to sprinkle on top
