Ingredients

  • we need
  • 1 lb potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 lb haddock fillets
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 medium potato
  • 2 medium carrots
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 Tbsps plain yoghurt
  • 4 Tbsps fresh chopped chives
  • 3 oz dry white bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • fresh chives, lemon wedges, salad greens to garnish and serve
  • piquant tomato sauce
  • 3/4 cup sieved tomatoes
  • 4 Tbsps dry wine
  • 4 Tbsps plain yoghurt
  • salt and cayenne pepper, to taste
  • red pepper flakes, to garnish
