  • cup of finely chopped onions
  • to 3 green chilies slit
  • tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • to 5 tbsps oil
  • to 1 tsp red chili powder (use as needed, it can be very hot)
  • sprig curry leaves
  • tsp. cumin
  • green cardamom
  • tbsps Lemon juice
  • tsp turmeric
  • tsp. red chili powder
