Fish Taco’s with battered hake, pickled carrots and cabbage, radishes, mango and a sour cream – avocado sauce

Ingredients

  • 500 g hake
  • 100 g all purpose flour
  • 2 avocados
  • 200 ml sour cream
  • 100 ml pale ale
  • 2 carrots
  • 12 wash
  • 2 mangos
  • 1 lime
  • 1 small green cabbage
  • 100 ml white wine vinegar
  • 1 red onion
  • 80 g of sugar
  • 100 ml still water
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cumin
  • salt and pepper
