Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons cilantro
  • 1 green onion
  • 4 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
  • 1 pound fish
  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cornmeal
  • 2 teaspoons parsley
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons lemon pepper
  • 2 teaspoons ground cayenne pepper
  • 3/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon white sugar
  • canola oil
  • 2 lemons
  • 1 cup cheese (cheddar/monterey jack cheese)taco sized corn tortillas
  • 1/2 cup sour cream (I use a light version)juice of 1 lime
  • 1/4 teaspoon white vinegar
