Ingredients

  • 2 cups dried garbanzo beans, cooked and drained or 3 cans, drained
  • 1 large onion chopped
  • 6 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Real Salt or to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon coriander
  • 4 Tablespoons Flour (Can use whole wheat flour, or rice flour for gluten free)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cumin
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped or 2 Tablespoons dry
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
