  • 300 g semisweet or bittersweet chocolate, broken into pieces (I used Lindt 70% cacao mild)
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 6 large eggs, room temperature
  • 1 tablespoon raw cacao powder
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 cup soft brown sugar (I recommend GEPA organic raw cane sugar Mascobado) (40 g)
  • 1/2 cup raw cane sugar (100 g)
