Ingredients

  • 35 degree temps are warm. I’ve seen several people walking around in short sleeves or hoodies, no coat. At the grocery store yesterday there were a few boys wearing shorts & t-shirts. Really?? Thirty-five degrees is still pretty darn cold, if you ask me. I think it’s just been so frigid around here that it maybe feels warm after all that? Hmm…
  • 140 calorie serving, that is only 2 tbsp It didn’t puff up much in the water either, so that was a bit disappointing. I suppose it’d taste better if it were mixed into something else, but I don’t see the appeal to Q’ia. I’d rather just add in my black chia seeds when I feel like something different. ;-)
  • 35 calories a cup that it boasts had me intrigued, but after looking at the serving size (which is 4 c at 140 calories), it’s not really all that different from other light popcorns. I usually eat more than one cup at a time, so for me it was comparable to others, but I still liked the taste & how it was packaged. I guess I just felt that the 35 calories a cup thing on the front of the bag makes you THINK it’s so much different than other popcorn snacks on the market, but it’s a bit of a trick of the mind, IMO. It is all natural & a great product though. I like it.
  • 10 seconds & the Banana Nut Muffin one was sooooo good! I almost felt like I was eating banana bread. The Cinnamon Roll one was ok, I didn’t hate it, but don’t really like it all that much either. I’d get the other two flavors again though. They make great on-the-go at work snacks.
