  • 1 lb frozen calamari 1 lb frozen octopus 4 celery stalks, diced juice of 3 lemons 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil sea salt crushed red pepper flakes garlic powder oregano Instructions Defrost and dice fish then steam until soft (I used a rice cooker). In a mixing bowl combine fish, olive oil, fresh squeezed lemon juice, then season to taste with salt, red pepper, and oregano. Refrigerate and let marinate 12 hours. Toss again before serving then plate and enjoy :) By The Fit Foodie Mama
