Ingredients

  • 4 teaspoons sour cream
  • 3-4 tablespoons ice water
  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 8 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into 1/4-inch pieces and frozen for
  • 10-15 minutes
  • 2 cups cooked pumpkin puree
  • 1 1/2 cups sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly-grated nutmeg (I use a Microplane)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
