  • 10.5 oz of beef broth
  • 10.5 oz onion soup
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of Montreal steak spice
  • 12 oz dark ale (I used Hockley's Dark)
  • 6 French rolls
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 8 oz of sliced brie or provolone cheese
  • Sea salt and ground black pepper to taste
