  • 1 kilo of potatoes cut into sticks
  • 3 tablespoons avocado oil
  • Salt, garlic powder, paprika and pepper to taste
  • ½ cup very fine grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons dried parsley
  • Cold water to soak potatoes


    Soak the potatoes for 30 minutes in enough cold water to cover them completely
    Dry potatoes on paper towels
    Refrigerate potatoes for 30 minutes
    In a large bowl mix the oil with the spices until fully covered
    Preheat the fryer to 200°C or oil to 180°C
    Fry the potatoes in batches until golden brown (in the air fryer it took me 35 minutes at 200°C)
    Mix cheese and parsley with more salt and pepper
    As soon as the potatoes come out of the fryer mix in a bowl with the cheese and parsley
    In the case of frying in oil, put them on paper towels to remove the excess oil and then mix them with the cheese and parsley
